Our team members played a critical role in Sunbeam's acquisition and
spectacular turnaround, which generated over $1.5 billion in value for
shareholders on a $100 million investment in 18 months. Turned chronic
sales declines and operating losses into 20% sales growth and 15%
operating margins, leading to a $1.2 billion IPO only 18 months after
acquiring the company from bankruptcy for $110 million.
BORDEN
Developed comprehensive business and turnaround plans to boost
Borden's value from $2 billion to $10 billion, including detailed plans for
each of its 50 business units. Submitted an all-cash offer to acquire and
rebuild this $6 billion-in-sales company. Borden's board of directors opted
for an all-stock offer from KKR.
KEURIG
Developed and implemented plans to launch Keurig's single-cup coffee
system into the consumer market. Revenues have since grown at a rate of
40%+. Developed growth plans and submitted buyout offer to acquire
Keurig from its private shareholders. Company was recently sold to GMCR
for $150 million, approximately 5 times its value prior to our involvement.

Founded Internet applications innovator, developing the world's top-rated
Internet personal organizer as well as its first-ever 100% web-based group
spaces site and instant messaging system. Company won several major
awards including the #1 ranking in its category in Forbes' "Best of the Web"
6 quarters in a row. Accomplished this with less than 10% of the capital
raised by competitors such as eRooms, Groove.net and Visto.
